What does form being void mean?

Form denotes material. All material phenomena come to be via

the grouping of a range of conditions—various conditions assembling

and harmonizing as termed in Buddhism. Formation, abidance, deterioration,

and nonexistence result. They come in forms and have

functions, but there is no autonomy, no permanence or impermanence.

Hence void. The present body is void as it has no real nature. Hence

form is void.
